Remedial Massage Therapist & Clinical Naturopath

I have spent over 20 years in the health industry helping hundreds of people, and whole families, live their healthiest lives in Brisbane.
As a qualified and experienced Naturopath and Remedial Massage Therapist I am a Fellow of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS).
These years of experience and continual ongoing education mean I can confidently work with your medical professionals to help you bring about your best health.
I am often working to help people with:
-
Improving digestion - from nagging symptoms to supporting you to manage medically diagnosed conditions
-
Happy hormonal balance - varying from thyroid health and blood sugar imbalances to male and female hormonal imbalances including preparing for healthy conception.
-
Stress and it's effects on physical and mental health. We can't always take all stresses away, but we can help you work on managing how much they affect your health.
-
Relieving and managing muscle and soft tissue tension to keep your body physically able to maximise it's function.
In my spare time I love spending time with my husband and two children bushwalking, bike riding, going on picnics, making yummy breakfasts together or chilling out at the beach.
