Gentle Gut Reset Broth

A light, mineral-rich reset for digestion, immunity, and energy


This simple broth supports the gut lining, hydration, and the immune system, making it ideal during periods of stress or after heavier meals.


Ingredients

• 1 litre filtered water

• 1 carrot, chopped

• 1 celery stalk, chopped

• 1 small zucchini, chopped

• 1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger, sliced

• 1 clove garlic, crushed

• A handful of parsley

• Sea salt to taste

Directions


  1. Add all ingredients to a pot and bring to a gentle simmer.

  2. Cook for 30–40 minutes.
