High Fibre Bills Balls

High fibre bliss balls; perfect for any member of the family.

6-Ingredient High-Fibre Bliss Balls Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup pitted Medjool dates

  • ½ cup peanut butter OR almond butter OR sunflower seed butter

  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed (linseed)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

Instructions:

  1. Add oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, and cacao powder to a food processor. Blitz until fine.

  2. Add dates and chosen



    butter. Blend until the mixture forms a sticky dough.

  3. If needed, add a splash of water to help bind.

  4. Roll into balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm.

  5. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
