6-Ingredient High-Fibre Bliss Balls Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup pitted Medjool dates
½ cup peanut butter OR almond butter OR sunflower seed butter
2 tbsp ground flaxseed (linseed)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cacao powder
Instructions:
Add oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, and cacao powder to a food processor. Blitz until fine.
Add dates and chosen
butter. Blend until the mixture forms a sticky dough.
If needed, add a splash of water to help bind.
Roll into balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm.
Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
