Sleep Tea Recipe (Calming Herbal Blend)

A gentle, nervous system - soothing tea to support relaxation and deeper sleep


Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp dried chamomile

  • 1 tsp dried lemon balm

  • ½ tsp dried passionflower

  • Optional: ½ tsp dried lavender

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • Optional: 1 tsp raw honey

Method:

  1. Add herbs to a teapot or infuser

  2. Pour over hot water and steep for 10 minutes with a lid on to capture essential oils in the steam

  3. Strain and add honey if desired

  4. Sip 30 - 60 minutes before bed as you wind down

Why it works:

  • Chamomile & lemon balm: calm the nervous system

  • Passionflower: supports deeper, more restorative sleep

  • Lavender: promotes relaxation and reduces anxiety
