Sleep Tea Recipe (Calming Herbal Blend)

A gentle, nervous system - soothing tea to support relaxation and deeper sleep
Ingredients:
1 tsp dried chamomile
1 tsp dried lemon balm
½ tsp dried passionflower
Optional: ½ tsp dried lavender
1 cup boiling water
Optional: 1 tsp raw honey
Method:
Add herbs to a teapot or infuser
Pour over hot water and steep for 10 minutes with a lid on to capture essential oils in the steam
Strain and add honey if desired
Sip 30 - 60 minutes before bed as you wind down
Why it works:
Chamomile & lemon balm: calm the nervous system
Passionflower: supports deeper, more restorative sleep
Lavender: promotes relaxation and reduces anxiety
